Sandra lives and works in Paris.
Trained at the Estienne school, she began her career as an art director in some of Paris’ most prestigious advertising agencies — Publicis, Havas, Ogilvy… Alongside her professional path, she developed a deep passion for typography, digital collage, and video.
She collaborates with musicians — from jazz to techno — designing their visual identities and posters. Through digital collage, she constructs stylized, often futuristic environments that blur the lines between abstraction and figuration. The common thread running through her work is a search for harmony and balance through color.
Sandra transforms her vibrant, dreamlike 2D universes into animations by cutting, layering, and compositing video fragments. From digital artist, she evolved into a visual artist.
Two years ago, she decided to swap her computer for paintbrushes. Her explorations remain rooted in the same principles: compositions guided by color, light and texture, always seeking to tickle the retina.
His work explores a subtle shift from reality to phantasmagoria, those troubled zones where perception shifts, where we no longer quite distinguish between what is seen, what is felt and what is imagined.
His paintings become inner landscapes, fragments of the natural world filtered through emotion: flamboyant horizons, skies of infinite gradations, iridescent cliffs. They are snapshots of the Earth transformed by her perceptions, nourished by hazy memories, mental images and sensory reminiscences. Generous, soft, vibrant, sometimes sharp, they offer spaces that are both familiar and uncertain, places to be traversed rather than understood, suspended visions.
For her, color is a form of healing: it soothes, heals or energizes. When she closes her eyes, these are the visions she perceives – the ones she wishes to transmit.
